Headlight housing — removal and installation
1. For headlamp lens refurbishing, see Body.
2. Remove the radiator grille and front bumper upper fascia (see Body).
3. Remove the four headlight housing bolts (see illustrations).

4. Carefully pull out the headlight housing.
Note the two locator pins on the outer edge of the housing. When installing the headlight housing, make sure that these locator pins are aligned with their mounting holes in the front fender bracket.
5. If you’re replacing either headlight bulb, refer to Headlight bulb — replacement. If you’re replacing any other bulbs in the headlight housing, refer to Bulb replacement.
6. Installation is otherwise the reverse of removal.
7. Adjust the headlights when you’re done (see Headlights — adjustment).
